You can surf, pedal boat, canoe, kite surf, sail, row, and swim to your heart's content. You can find indoor water fun at the subtropical swimming pool in Gennep, 10 minutes' drive away.

From playgrounds to various entertainment: the whole family will enjoy themselves here. During your camping holiday don't be alarmed if your children suddenly look like dangerous animals, because face painting is a popular activity in the already extensive entertainment programme. There is also entertainment for older children and teenagers. Get your groceries at the campsite shop and let yourself be pampered in the pavilion. Or enjoy a bag of chips.

The recreational lake offers dozens of walking routes, as does the Mookerheide, where you can spot Highland cattle, various bird species, sand lizards, and even snakes. More adventures await children at Avonturenpark De Bergen or Park Tivoli. There are also two zoos within half an hour's drive: ZooParc Overloon and Burgers Zoo in Arnhem. Football freaks take a tour of the GelreDome or Philips Stadium. World-famous is the Van Gogh church in Nuenen. You can spend a day shopping in Nijmegen, Den Bosch, or across the border. The German and surprisingly beautiful Kleve is close by, shopping hall Düsseldorf is an hour's drive away.
